She had a very successful season winning two medals in the European and World Championships, silver in the Grand Prix Finals, and gold at the Italian Championship climbing onto the podium in every competition, seven competitions with seven medals. This year, a new Carolina will surprise us.

For the short program, she wore a confident and sensual look, a cross between simplicity and seduction, interpreting the seven deadly sins to the Allegretto from Trio No. 2 by Dmitri Shostakovich. It tells the story of a strong and independent woman who dares to emphasise the decisive details of the snake pattern by illuminating it with SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS. While, the basic costume for the long program skated to Concerto No. 27 by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, outlines the luminous silhouette of a dancer and evokes a starry sky through more than one million of SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS.

Carolina Kostner, T-SHIRT T-SHOPS and SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS this year enter the skating rink to talk about “being” without interruption between the interpreter and character starting from the first three successes obtained in Skate America, Cup of China and Trophee Bompard, which qualified her for the Finals of the Grand Prix in Quebec City, Canada that she has won gloriously! This will be followed by the much-anticipated “European Championships” in Sheffield in January 2012 and then the “World Championships in Nice to be held in March 2012.
